By creating an account or using Kolv, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service description

Kolv is a GPS-based golf shot tracker that lets you mark ball locations, draw shot traces, calculate yardages, save rounds, and export shareable images.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access to the signup flow is gated by an access code controlled by Kolv.

3. Location consent

Kolv uses your device’s GPS while you are actively tracking a hole. By starting GPS tracking, you consent to this collection. You can stop tracking at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Kolv to harass, abuse, or violate any laws. Do not attempt to bypass the access-code gate, interfere with other users’ accounts, or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Content and sharing

You own the shot-trace and round data you create. Export images are generated locally on your device and shared only through your device’s native share sheet. You are responsible for how you share exported content.

6. Accuracy and disclaimers

GPS accuracy depends on your device, environment, and signal conditions. Yardages and traces are estimates and should not be relied on for official scoring or tournament use. Kolv is not responsible for decisions made using the app’s data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
